·         The Company worked, since its foundation, to establish a cigarette factory. The Company agreed with Carpas Italian company specializing in manufacturing cigarette machines to establish and implement a cigarette factory in Hodeidah city using Italian technology.

·         The factory was finalized, machines were installed and production started in 1972 with local brands of cigarettes: Belquis, Saba, Yemen and Mareb.

·         The factory was modernized and updated in 1979 with German-English production machines and production started for two quality brands only instead of the earlier brands. The new brands were: Kamaran Blue and Crater.

·         In 2004, a new factory was established with modern technology costing YR 2,500,000,000 funded by the company. The work also continued in the old factory.
